Welcome to the exciting part of this whole handover... the passwords. The golden gravy of taking a seat on the committee bench. The ultimate peek behind the curtain.
To begin with anyway. You'll get over it.
It's also important to note that you should change every single password I have listed on this page, to prevent me trolling you at a later date.
Also, I will leave it up to you who has access to what, but this is what I did. All exec committee, plus the Events and Welfare Officer, had access to the emails - anything else can be passed down. Only exec and media had access to the Instagram and Canva, and the Linktree is kept just to president and possibly media. It's up to you if you want to change this, but this has worked well this year.
This is an interesting one. See, when the uni switched from Google to Microsoft, it broke everything. That included the TeamUoP Gmail accounts. Of course, they never ever fixed it, so to this day we still do not have access to all our documents in the Google Drive. This has made some things incredibly difficult this year, because I spent ages organising our Google Drive at the start of the year, making sure it had all the most important things in it and making sure they were easy to find. Anyway, below is the email and what, at least used to be, is the password:

We now use Outlook, as you know. If the uni has done their job, you should be able to add the swim email as a shared mailbox without needing the password. I made a quick video demonstrating how you can do this easily, so there's no excuses if you can't figure out how to do it. Here is the video
For whichever committee members you give email access to: please encourage them to do all communications through the club email, not their personal one, unless it's a private, personal matter.

Linktree
This is actually a really important one. It is your job to keep the Linktree updated. If you don't know, this is what comes up when the link on our Instagram is pressed, so it needs to have all the important info people might need.
